Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and returned within the specified period. Innerwear and socks are non-returnable. A refund, excluding ₹49 delivery charges, will be processed after passing a quality check. Delivery charges are non-refundable for COD orders and prepaid orders below ₹999, and COD is unavailable for orders below ₹799 or above ₹2999.
Exchanges are allowed only for size mismatches, subject to stock availability and serviceable locations. If an exchange request is not completed within 7 business days, it will be canceled. 1 bought 2 WVTR4028S trousers from V3S Mall. One of my trouser is Blue which is "32", and another I took by mistake Brown/camel colour "36".
Now I am checking again n again from last 3 months to replace my "36" trousers with "32" trousers same colour (brown/camel).
Facing too much delayed work by Wrong Company in exchange of item which should not be done.
Pls help me getting exchange my "36" brown/camel WVTR4028S Trouser with "32" WVTR4028S Brown/Camel colour Trouser.

Bought Two of these TROUSER WVTR4028S from V3S Mall. I got size 36 inches but need to be replaced from 32 inches size which is not getting replaced because Company doesn't have 32 inch size with them. Waiting from last month till now, in a hope that I will get TROUSER WVTR4028S 32 inches waist.
