How much Wrogn Cash do I earn?
You earn 10% of your order value back as Wrogn Cash on every transaction in store or online.
How is the 10% Cashback calculated?
On the final amount you pay after discounts. Shipping, COD and any other charges are not included in the calculation.
Do I earn Wrogn Cash on discounted or sale products?
Yes. 10% back applies to every order, including sale and discounted styles, unless a specific product or campaign is marked as excluded.
When will my Wrogn Cash be credited?
Your Wrogn Cash is credited once your order is delivered and the return and exchange window has closed. This usually takes up to 10 days from delivery.
Do I earn Wrogn Cash on the part of the bill I paid using Wrogn Cash?
No. You earn 10% on the amount paid through other payment methods. Wrogn Cash that you spend does not earn further Wrogn Cash.

How much can I redeem in one transaction?
You can pay for up to 50% of your bill value using Wrogn Cash. The remaining amount is payable through any regular payment method.
Is there a minimum balance or minimum order value needed to redeem?
You need a minimum balance of 999 Wrogn Cash before you can start redeeming. There is no separate minimum order value.

Wrogn cash is not earned on returned items. They get credited to you after 10 days of delivery & closure of return window.
What if I return only part of my order?
Wrogn Cash used on the order is applied at the time of purchase and is not reinstated when an individual item is returned.
What happens on an exchange?
Wrogn Cash applied to the original purchase remains applied and is not reinstated when an item is exchanged.
What happens if I cancel my order?
You earn Wrogn Cash on successfully delivered orders. If an order is cancelled before delivery, Wrogn Cash will not be credited for that order.
